India Trip to Dharamsala; June 2013: We were fortunate enough to take part in an inspirational activism program hosted by Students for a Free Tibet India who gave us in depth experience into the reality of issues affecting Tibet today, and how we can take effective action back home in Scotland. We were blessed to meet so many leaders and freedom fighters for the Tibetan struggle; now that our 6 week trip is over, we have gained more inspiration and determination for the cause than ever before.

March 10th Tibetan Uprising Day; March 2013: Mass demonstration across the capital to stand in global solidarity with the courageous Tibetan people, resisting 54 years of systematic repression, persecution and cultural genocide.    

Twistadelic for Tibet Club Night; January 2013: Twistadelic was the biggest club night out of re-freshers week at the Teviot Underground, raising generous funds for EUTS campaigns.


Students for a Free Tibet UK Conference; November 2012: The annual SFT national UK conference was held by Edinburgh University Tibet Society in 2013. This conference aimed to strengthen and broaden individuals and the society as a whole to better campaign for the non-violent Tibetan resistance movement.

Tibet Society 2012-2013: Some other photos from our campaigns throughout the year including: Occupied Nations Solidarity Demonstration, Self-immolation lecture by Dr. Martin Mills, Panchen Lama's Birthday Protest, 100th Independence Day commemorations, Open mic fundraisers, Lobbying MSPs, Cross-party talks at the Scottish Parliament, Tibet is Burning Day of Action, Tibetan dance and music performances, and many more!
